What broke your heart is ALLOWED to grieve you.
It is NOT ALLOWED to teach you that hope was foolish.
One disappointment does NOT get to prophesy over everything God has NOT WRITTEN yet.
You will have heartbreak in your life. We all will. But please dear friend, do not allow disappointment in the past to rewrite yourself a hopeless future out of fear.
God has a purpose hidden in that lesson, but it most assuredly was NOT that you shouldn't continue to hope. 🙏🫂🙌🏼
Romans 5:5 NLT
And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
