Carry The Peace Forward

Today's Question

What truth about God’s faithfulness do you want to carry into your next season? Who could be encouraged by the story of what He is teaching you now?

Reflection

Dawn’s story does not end with every question answered. She still faces trials, disappointments, and moments when she doesn’t understand why something happened. But she no longer sees those unanswered questions as proof that God is absent or against her.

She has learned to look back and recognize His faithfulness. The move to Hawaii, the crisis in Las Vegas, the slow healing from years of hurt, and the daily interruptions all became part of a larger story. God met her one day at a time and taught her that His commands are not condemnation. They are gifts that lead us into freedom.

Can I tell you something, friends? You don’t have to understand the whole story to trust the Author. Romans 8:28 does not say every event is good. It assures us that God is working in all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. His presence is steady, even when your plans are not.

Perspectives Into Practice

Perspectives Into Practice — Write a short testimony of one unexpected season where God met you. Include one sentence about what you learned and one sentence about how He was faithful.

Then share that encouragement with someone who is walking through an interruption of her own. And when you have time today, listen to the full “Perspectives into Practice” episode with Dawn. Let her story remind you that God can use every unexpected turn to deepen your trust and shape your faith.
